Chris started shooting in 2014 whilst at Wellington College, under the tutelage of Nigel Ball and has continued to shoot every year since. Since leaving Wellington, Chris has experienced touring with the GBU25 team to South Africa in 2023 as well as the NRA team to the Channel Islands in the same year. As well as gaining experience on tour, Chris has represented Hampshire County on numerous occasions over the last few years and has shot regularly for the North London Rifle Club. In 2024 he came 3rd in the NLRC Closed Championships and won the Bronze Jewel. Furthermore, Chris was also part of the English Lions Development Squad for 2022-23 as well as 2023-24, and in 2024, he represented England for the first time in the Lawrence Match. Chris is excited to be part of this team and looks forward to training with them as well as supporting them throughout.
When he is not shooting, Chris spends his time running events for the North London Rifle Club and has acted as the Co-Captain of Target Rifle over the last year. This year, he is taking on the role of Manager of Shooting for the club. Chris studied Ancient History at the University of Kent and is now working as an Project Manager at a Software Company.
