Charlie is 25 years old and started shooting in 2007 with the Air Training Corps – 10 years ago! She initially shot smallbore up to County level and then took up fullbore at Bisley later that year. Already an old-hand at touring, Charlie has visited the Channel Islands with the UK Cadet Team, Canada with The British Cadet Rifle Team Athelings and South Africa with the RAF TRC. Most recently Charlie had a couple of years out of shooting to progress her career with the police force and is currently a serving constable of Dorset Police.
Charlie returned to the sport in 2016, improving her training with the British Young Shooting Association and putting in some of her best scores over the year to date, including earning a bronze medal on her county debut for Hampshire in the Counties Short Range match over the Imperial Meeting.
