- It is the aim of the ETSF to provide, if requested, any of its services in a way that is fair to everyone.
- It is the aim of the ETSF in its relationships with its arms length membership and in disposing of its remit to selection England teams, not to disadvantage any individual by imposing any condition or requirement that cannot be fully justified.
In pursuance of this policy, the ETSF will take into account the:
Race Relations Act 1976
Sex Discrimination Act 1975, 1986, 1999

The ETSF will monitor and evaluate this policy on an ongoing basis and inform its constituent membership bodies of its impact.
